Get to know Citizen’s Help Desk!
Citizen’s Help Desk is a part of theFIRMA in Turku University of Applied Sciences. It offers free help, advice and training in computer matters to all residents of Turku and the surrounding area.
Our services focus on software repairs and personal advice. You can get help with computer, smartphone and tablet problems. We also help with other IT matters, such as creating an email, printing and scanning problems, setting up routers, and using the most common applications such as Teams, Zoom and Gmail.
Maintenance takes place in the order in which the devices arrive. Device faults are diagnosed and efforts are made to fix them. If the repair requires the purchase of new parts, the IT support will give you advice on how to proceed in order to make the device operational.
